Date Night

In March, Nate and I went to a "date night" cooking class a few blocks from our house. I have always wanted to make homemade pasta, but didn't want the mess in my own kitchen, so I thought a cooking class was the perfect place to learn. The class was so much fun, and full of so much information, plus we got a few local restaurant recommendations from the French Chef they had on staff. We made Mushroom Lasagna, Gnocci in a Bolognese sauce, Spinach Ravioli, and a Chicken Zucchini Fettucini Alfredo. Everything tasted delicious, and making pasta is NOT THAT HARD! Who knew?
We even made our own pasta at home a few nights later, and I have to say, the batch we made at home was even better than the one we made in class. Also, the alfredo sauce is the best alfredo sauce either of us has ever had. We're obsessed.
