In March, Nate and I went to a "date night" cooking class a few blocks from our house. I have always wanted to make homemade pasta, but didn't want the mess in my own kitchen, so I thought a cooking class was the perfect place to learn. The class was so much fun, and full of so much information, plus we got a few local restaurant recommendations from the French Chef they had on staff. We made Mushroom Lasagna, Gnocci in a Bolognese sauce, Spinach Ravioli, and a Chicken Zucchini Fettucini Alfredo. Everything tasted delicious, and making pasta is NOT THAT HARD! Who knew?
